Our Favorite Disney Food Under $5

I love cheap food. My favorite food in the world is $2 tacos from gas stations (which is one of the many reasons I live in Texas). Cheap food isn’t something that people usually associate with Disney, but if you know where to look, you can find some great inexpensive eats, and save your money for the newest piece of Disney Merch trending on social media.

Mickey Kid’s Cone

Plaza Ice Cream Parlor – Magic Kingdom

I love ice cream, but I love it even more when it has Mickey Ears on it.

Ham & Cheese Croissant

Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie – French Pavilion, Epcot
This sandwich is perfect for a light meal, and will leave you with enough left over money for some pastries.

Chicken Fried Rice

Yak & Yeti – The Animal Kingdom
This not only comes in the cutest carton, but is big enough for a meal.

Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Eight Spoon Cafe – The Animal Kingdom
You can’t get the specialty mac n cheeses for under five dollars, but you can get the plain one, which is delicious.

Carrot Cake Cookie

Trolley Car Treats – Hollywood Studios
The Carrot Cake Cookie has a fan following for a reason – so treat yourself to the best combo of cake and cookie there is.

Macaroon Ice Cream Sandwich

L’Artisan de Glaces – France Pavilion, Epcot
This combines two of my favorite things – macaroons and ice cream. It’s really an unbeatable combination.

Soft Serve Ice Cream Cone

Anadapur Ice Cream Truck – The Animal Kingdom
I don’t mess around with my love for soft serve ice cream – and it’s even better in The Animal Kingdom, which is always hotter than other parks.

Dole Whip

Pineapple Lanai – Polynesian Village Resort & Aloha Isle – Magic Kingdom
After David, Dole Whip is the love of my life. It’s the number one treat we think you shouldn’t miss at Disney.

The American Dream Slush

Fife and Drum – America Pavilion, Epcot
Nothing says ‘America’, like a red white and blue slush with ice cream.
