I love Monterey. I’ve loved Monterrey before it was the cool and hip local in Big Little Lies. I went for the first time almost a decade ago, and got to go with David for his first time two years ago. Just down the road from Monterey, is the gingerbread looking village of Carmel, and a little further in the nature lovers paradise, Big Sur. This past month, we got to spend a perfect day exploring, playing in the rain, eating great seafood, and gawking at sea lions. Some of our favorite places to explore when there are:
