Our Favorite Magic Kingdom Restaurants

Confession – I normally don’t eat at The Magic Kingdom, unless I’m grabbing a Dole Whip, or a carton of Corn Dog Nuggets. It doesn’t have the great variety of sit down restaurants that Epcot has, or the amazing collection of unique quick service you can find at The Animal Kingdom. Normally, we leave The Magic Kingdom, and eat at one of the resorts on the monorail when we’re hungry. There are a few places we really like in The Magic Kingdom, and since we love lists, today we’re sharing them.

-The Plaza Restaurant

For years The Plaza got a bad reputation but we became believers after eating there a couple of years ago. The food is solid and only a few dollars more than quick service places. Not only that, but you can normally score a last minute reservation, or just walk up.

-Pecos Bills

Pecos Bills is one of the cheapest meals on property. We always order a side of chips and queso, and use their extensive toppings bar to build a giant DIY nacho plate.

-Casey’s Corner

I am obsessed with Caseys. There’s nothing I love more than a carton of corn dog nuggets, on the hub grass, with a cold soda and some fake-plastic cheese to dip in. I know it sounds gross, but I think Disney puts some kind of mind-altering substance in there corn dog nuggets to make them addictive.

-Be Our Guest

Confession – I don’t think Be Our Guest deserves the hype it receives. It’s good, but it’s not the second coming of restaurants that people say it is. It should be on your list though, especially if you’re a first time guest. If you’re going, try to get a lunch reservation – we think it’s the best food, and the best value for your money.

-The Crystal Palace

We genuinely enjoy The Crystal Palace – we think it’s the best sit down restaurant at The Magic Kingdom, and the best character experience, especially if you’re a Winnie the Pooh fan.

-Columbia Harbor House
I’m a sucker for a lobster roll, so this was always going to make the list for me. This is one of the more unique quick service offerings at The Magic Kingdom, so we enjoy it a lot.
