We recently got to tour Disney’s newest DVC property, the Riviera Resort, and holy-moly, someone hit this place with the pretty stick. This resort is themed after one of our favorite places in the world, the European Riviera, and while the resort doesn’t have the same kind of obvious-theming, as a lot of Disney Resorts do, it’s still a beautiful property full of small touches of Disney magic.
In my opinion, one of the main perks of staying at Disney’s Riviera Resort is that it’s a Skyliner station, so reaching Hollywood Studios or Epcot will be a breeze. The resort also features plenty of family-sized accommodations, from studios to three-bedroom villas. Plus, this resort has a two-person studio, which is exclusive to the Riviera. If you’re interested in more shallow details about the hotel (like I am), then you might be interested in the beautiful mosaic tile walls that cover a courtyard, depicting some of Disney’s most iconic animated scenes.
We loved our tour, and are excited to stay at Disney’s Riviera Resort someday!
