As a kid, my parents would always tell me that they thought I liked books more than people. As a eight year old, I would take a giant canvas bag to the library and check out dozens of Nancy Drew books at a time. I might not have that kind of time on my hands anymore, but I still love to read – today, I’m sharing my favorite books I’ve read recently, that will make perfect beach reads for your spring break.
-The Selection Trilogy
This is one of my favorite series I’ve read in a while. Basically, if you like a combo between The Bachelor, and The Hunger Games, this book series is for you.
This is the follow up book to The Selection Trilogy, and it’s equally great.
-One of Us Is Lying
This is one of my favorite books I’ve read in a long time – it’s basically The Breakfast Club, meets your new favorite murder mystery.
-Scrappy Little Nobody
I’m a huge Anna Kendrick fan, so I jumped at the chance to read her biography. I don’t know if I’ve ever laughed so hard in public, as I did while reading this book on an airplane.
-The Woman in the Window
This was my book club’s pick for the month, and I really enjoyed it. It’s dark, and super twisted, and going to be a movie starring Amy Adams later this year. If you liked ‘Girl On the Train’, then this is for you.
