Top Food and Drink Picks for Flower and Garden Festival 2019

Let’s be honest for a minute, shall we? We’re all going to Flower and Garden Festival for the food, and to take photos of said food in front of flowers. Maybe that’s just my basic self, but it’s at least what I go for. But in all seriousness – Flower and Garden is my favorite festival that Epcot does. The weather is great, the food is beautiful and delicious, and Epcot looks a million times better when dressed up with spring flowers and greenery. Today, we’re listing our festival favorites, but really, just like you can’t go wrong watching a Bachelor spin-off show, you can’t go wrong eating anything at this festival.

-La Vie En Rose in France
This isn’t just my favorite festival drink, it’s my favorite drink period. It’s essentially a frozen cosmo made with white cranberry juice. It’s delicious, not too sweet, and refreshing.

-Pineapple Dole Whip with Rum at The Pineapple Promenade
Dole Whip is always a good idea, but it’s especially a good idea when it has rum in it.

-Local Wildflower Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake from The Honey Bee-stro
The Honey Bee-stro was a new addition last year, and one of the cutest booths, with great views of the flower blanket. We tried several items, but the standout with the Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake. It’s beautifully presented, not too sweet, and has a great texture. I love almost all cheesecake, but this one was special.

-Beef Brisket Burnt Ends and Smoked Pork Belly Slider from The Smokehouse
The Smokehouse never disappoints. Year after year, it’s consistently a festival favorite.

-Watermelon Cucumber Gin Slush at Florida Fresh
I’m a sucker for gin, and this drink is perfect for spring.

-Fruishi at Hanami
Whether you love the taste, or are just doing it for the gram, the fruity twist on sushi is a festival favorite.

-Violet Lemonade from Pineapple Fresh
This might not be my favorite drink, but I know so many people who love it, and it’s a festival icon, so it had to make the list.

-Moonshine Lemonade from The Smokehouse
I love a frozen lemonade, and it’s even better with berries and moonshine. This drink pairs perfectly with the sliders at The Smokehouse.
