I’m one of those people that strongly ties fragrance to memory. I love to have different fragrances for different times in my life, so that when I smell it, I feel like I’m being taken back to somewhere special. Today, I’m sharing my favorite fragrances (and what time of my life they remind me of!).
-Victoria Secret Fabulous
I got this perfume specifically for my wedding, and wore it that day, and on our honeymoon. It’s a light, floral scent, and every time I smell it, it takes me back to our first trip to Europe, and our wedding day.
-Chance by Chanel
I loooooooove classic Chanel fragrances. They make me think of Emily Gilmore, attending DAR functions, and hosting benefit parties. When I was in middle school, my best friend and I would go to the mall, drink giant frappuccinos, and hang out by the Chanel counter spraying ourselves with ‘Chance’.
-Glossier You
This is the fragrance that I currently wear. I love everything from Glossier, and this perfume smells different on everyone that wears it. Its subtle, understated, and I love it.
-Bath and Body Works Coconut Lime Spray
Anytime I’m headed on a beach vacation, I pick up some of this. It always come in a plastic bottle, so it won’t break in my luggage, and smells like mojitos, warm sun, beach days, and tanning oil.
-Burberry Beat
My senior year of high school, one of my friends kept this fragrance in her car, and everytime we would come back from eating Taco Bell during off-campus lunch, we would douse ourselves. I love all of Burberry perfumes, but this is my favorite.
