Autumn in Vail, Colorado

Growing up in Texas, you don’t get much of a taste for autumn. It’s more like ‘oh thank God it dipped below 90 degrees’, and brown leaves. The past few years, David and I have started taking long weekend trips to somewhere with fall foliage. Last year, we went up to New England, which was a dream come true. This year, we spent a couple of days up in the mountains of Colorado. One of my favorite places in Colorado is the tiny Swiss looking village of Vail.

If you’re visiting Vail, you might wanna check out the following!

-Dinner at Mountain Standard

-Coffee at Two Arrows

-Lunch at Bully Ranch

-Mimosas with a view of the mountain at the Four Seasons

-The Battle Mountain Pass Drive

-The Scenic gondola

One of my favorite things to do in Vail is just to walk around, soak up all the atmosphere, and enjoy the beautiful views!
