What’s Coming for The Blog The Rest of The Year

‘You’ve Got Mail’ is one of my favorite movies. I love the way it describes autumn, and the process of school starting again. I haven’t been in school for almost a decade, but I still feel, every September, like the world is starting again. I still get the feeling that I should be pulling out plaid skirts (give me a pass on this one, I spent my whole life at private schools), and heading to Office Max for pens and notebooks. The start of the school year has me looking towards the end of the year, setting new goals, and re-assessing what I want to accomplish. Today, we’re sharing what’s to come for the rest of the year with the blog, and we’re excited about all of it.

-Our second ‘A Year of Magic’
One of our favorite things that happened last year (and maybe in my whole life), was launching our first annual magazine, ‘A Year of Magazine’. I helped run a couple of different magazines in High School, and always thought I would end up being a journalist, so it was a dream come true for me. We have so many fun plans for this year’s edition, and can’t wait to show everything to you guys.

-a fun Disney girls trip
There are few things I love more than girls trip’s – and this year, it’s going to not just be a girl’s trip, but a CHRISTMAS time girls trip.

-A giant Christmas line
We’ve been working hard getting a ton of stuff ready for the store to celebrate our favorite holiday.

-A California road trip ending in Disneyland
We have an incredible trip planned for the blog, and can’t wait to bring to write all about it. We will be starting in San Francisco, and then working out way down to Yosemite, Napa, Monterey, Big Sur, and ending in Disneyland for Thanksgiving.

-A Holiday weekend in New York
New York is one of my favorite cities in the world, and I can’t wait to be back for Christmas-time. We have so many fun things plan, and I can’t wait to write about them all.

-New Years Eve at The Wilderness Lodge
It’s always been a dream of mine to stay at The Wilderness Lodge, and I’m even more excited to be there when it’s dressed up for the holiday season.
