Late Night at Disney Springs

There are few things in the world that I love as much as the Kardashians and large cups of coffee. One of those things happens to be Disney Springs at night. I’ve had some of my favorite memories from Disney trips during nights at Disney Springs, which is why I was thrilled to receive an invite to a ‘Late Night Disney Springs’ event, where Disney showed us some of the new offerings and nightlife available.

Now at Disney Springs, from Thursday to Saturday, certain venues will be open from 10 pm to 2 am, with special late night menus and offerings. This makes Disney Springs the perfect destination after a day in the parks, or for a local looking for a fun night out. Today, we’re going to share about some of the different venues you can enjoy.

-The Edison
The Edison is the 1920s, speakeasy steampunk mashup of my dreams. It’s the nightlife venue I would be at ALL THE TIME if it was close to where I lived. At 10 pm, the restaurant becomes 21 and up, and nighttime entertainment starts. We experienced a jazzband singing modern cover songs with a 1920s flair, cabaret dancers, and an aerialist performing. The drinks at the bar are well balanced and well made, and the food is just as impressive. All in all, The Edison has everything you need for a perfect night out.

-Enzo’s Hideaway
Enzo’s Hideaway is another place with a speakeasy vibe, but in a MUCH more low-key atmosphere. Live musicians were performing that night, but the vibe was quieter, the lights brighter, and it seemed more a place for conversation than dancing. The restaurant did a great job of curating every detail to really transport you to another time.

-The BOATHOUSE
I’ve shared my love for The BOATHOUSE pretty extensively in the past – it was the first Disney Springs restaurant I ever tried, and it has a special place in my heart. You’ll find a live band playing inside during late night hours, but I think the outdoor patio is the real draw here. Relax with their Lemon Drop Martini, and take in the views of the water.

-The Forbidden Lounge at Morimoto Asia
The Forbidden Lounge is upstairs at Morimoto Asia (which means beautiful views of all those crystal chandeliers!). You can have a few drinks or snack on their special late night menu, which includes sushi and their famous ribs. I’m of the personal opinion that there are very few problems in life that a good sushi roll won’t solve, and Morimoto Asia has the best.

-Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar
Is there anything not to love about a bar themed around Indiana Jones? The amount of detail in here is truly stunning. Even if you aren’t an Indiana Jones fan, you need to stop in for their Ganachery Old Fashioned.

-STK Orlando
I love the way that STK manages to effortlessly transition from an upscale steakhouse to a vibrant nightlife venue. STK is a great place to grab some drinks and head up to the roof for the beautiful views of Disney Springs.
I’m so excited to continue to enjoy these late night offerings, and so grateful to Disney for hosting me this weekend to experience them.
